Overload!

We have finished the first day of the Global Leadership Summit and my brain is on overload. I am laying here trying to fall asleep, but it's not happening. We have been exposed to some wonderful speakers today, some new thoughts and some great reminders, but mostly I'm amazed at the ways God has whispered.

I am reminded that I am not alone, but it is a blessing and a gift to live life with others. It is important for me to put myself in relationship with others to be challenged and pushed to grow and mature. We do need each other and when we come together and push each other our minds are expanded and as a result our world changes. Also, when we are around others who have a passion for the kingdom, it is encouraging to be pushed to have an even greater kingdom passion and perspective.

It is my prayer that God would really place within me a hunger to love him, serve him and do great things for him beyond what I have known to this point in my life.

Ok, I must attempt to get to sleep as tomorrow holds a whole new day of learning and being pushed. I'm ready, let's go!
